Is anyone interested in war?
Moving up War Levels to earn gold coins and game cash?
In preparing a defense in case of war?
In preparing an offensive war?
In conquering a country in a PvP war?
I would be happy to help anyone who is interested in knowing more about war and its many benefits...

I would gladly start an all-out war with other federation. In terms of war level rising and in terms of showing our power as a strong federation.

Before you consider war, you should get your secured countries economy right. Read economics 101 thread.

What GW said. As far as the rating goes.... that depends. What's the quality and fighting level of the units? What types are they? Quality helps determine initial fighting level. And that determines the win/loss ratio for each phase of the combat round. If you have a bunch of 120 quality units, they are cannon fodder. For the different types, all weapon systems are not created equal. You can check the doc's for hit ratio's in each phase of combat vs the types of weapon systems they are effective against. There are some other considerations. Having some cannon fodder in areas such as painting is nice. Or jeep heavy to keep down monthly costs. The other question is in logistics. If you don't have enough supply units to keep them in the field and equipped, eventually you'll lose them.
